Ocean Freight Coordinator (Import/ Export Operations)
Your tasks
- Handle ocean import, export and triangle shipment’s bookings
- Prepare full set of ocean import/ export shipment documents
- Coordinate with origin branch/ agent, carriers/co-loaders, vendors and overseas counterparts for shipment documentation and arrange local trucking deliveries
- Input data in operating system timely and accurately
Your qualifications
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 year experience in ocean freight operations in freight forwarding industry
- Knowledge of freight forwarding operating system
- Good team player, pro-active and attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and able to work independently and under pressure
- Good PC operations knowledge and MS Office
- Good command of English and Japanese (written and spoken)
