IT Support Coordinator

Your tasks

  • Being First Tier IT support for Singapore and Malaysia, and as a backup to other members in Global ITC group.
  • Daily helpdesk on call for all pc problem of hardware & software.
  • Daily maintenance IT devices.
  • According to department head directives, manage implementation of projects, time and communications
  • First contact point for consulting and support of all IT-topics.
  • Procurement, configuration and administration of hardware and software.
  • Training and knowledge transfer of IT topics for employees (and external customers).
  • Participation in implementing strategic goals and projects.
  • Digitalization and optimization of processes in cooperation with other departments.
  • Tech leadership role in matters concerning IT.
  • Responsibility for measuring and improving the IT-service quality.
  • Implementing IT-guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage an inventory of all IT hardware assets.
  • Support of customer interfaces (EDI, API, eLogistics) as well as customer support in cooperation with other departments.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • More than 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Knowledge for Citrix, Lotus Notes, M365, Cisco Routers, Switches, Microsoft suite of softwares.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Independent, initiative and able to work under pressure.
  • Good teamwork and straightforward.
