Contract Logistic Manager
Your tasks
- Management of employees in contract logistics.
- PNL accountable for contract logistics development in Singapore.
- Develop towards the contract logistics structure provided by HO capable to be successful in the Singapore market.
- Roll out and monitoring the development of the Warehouse KPI’s tools (budget, costs, results, quality and productivity) of existing and new operations projects and improvement of performance where required.
- Development and examination of warehouse offers with project calculation and conception per company guidelines.
- Project management and implementation project including contract negotiation, and operational implementation of warehouse and contract logistics business.
- Planning and implementation of strategic warehouse (locations) incl. vendor management.
- Identify new target customers secure such targets by joint efforts with assigned sales or key account manager or directly.
- Regular business review communication with existing and potential customers to optimize synergies and enhance partnership or enter new relationships.
- Promotion and talent development within the CL organization.
- Support ad-hoc projects as required.
Your qualifications
- Minimum diploma or degree in logistics/supply chain/transportation
- 8-10 years experience in Contract Logistics warehouse operations with at least 5 years management experience.
- Ability to provide clear direction and analyses necessary data and implement the right solution.
- Good analytical skills to translate and understand complex business processes and the ability to transform these into operational concepts.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Independent, initiative and able to work under pressure.
