Business Development Manager / Sales Executive (work locations: Asia Pacific region)

Your tasks

  • Proactive in pursuing new business through strong pipeline and ensuring prospects are identified & qualified
  • Business acquisition, implementation and retention
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and new clients to achieve assigned sales target
  • Active participation to local RFQ, collaborate with both Products & Pricing team for timely submission
  • Meet & exceed GP & Volume growth in line with Sales targets / KPIs
  • Focus on strong client engagement through high level of services and trusted relationship to drive sustainable business growth & profitability
  • Develop & execute business expansion plan with key stakeholders to improve sales conversion ratio
  • Responsible for all business-related matters pertaining to new business implementation, scope of agreement, business improvements and ongoing service performance
  • Development of target customers, industries, trade focus aligned with ASL (Products) strategy
  • Well planned & organized daily sales activities / pipeline through DACHSER CRM tool
  • Responsible for account (revenue, GP, volume) including account receivable
  • Timely submission of reports as defined
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Head of Sales

Your qualifications

  • Degree holder in Business related disciplines
  • Native in European language and English is a must
  • At least 3 years of sales “hunting” experience in freight forwarding industry with proven track record
  • Strong business acumen, contract negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self motivation, result-driven and customer-oriented
  • Aggressive, independent and attention to detail
  • A good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Dynamic, strong sales-orientation with focus on service quality
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Less experience will consider as Sales Executive
