Your tasks
- Our 2-year Management Trainee program aims to develop future business leaders and talents of DACHSER in Asia Pacific region. Management trainees will rotate in various departments and take up various improvement projects. Upon completion of the training, based on performance, the management trainees will be assigned to leader positions in Regional Head Office Asia Pacific or its affiliates in the Region
- Rotate through major business functions across Business Areas within Asia Pacific region for on-the-job training
- Responsible for various daily operation tasks as assigned by Department Head of various department
- Undertake special projects as assigned by Management
- Review and analyze department working procedure and make improvement recommendation
- Attend internal and external job related skill training as required
- Report to immediate superior whenever operational problem occurs, and work on solution with team member under supervision
- Present analytical result and improvement recommendation to Management
- Assist in ad hoc activities, tasks and projects as required
Your qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline preferably with 1-3 years working experience in logistics industry
- Keen to build a career in the logistics and shipping industry
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Independent, self-motivation with confidence and mature
- Excellent numeric sense with good analytical and innovation mind
- Flexible, eager to face challenges and able to work under pressure
- Strong MS Excel analytical skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel for an extended period
